Green juice changed my life.  I have said it many times before, but it was the start of a long healing process and major altercations to my diet. 

I'll be blunt, the truth is drinking a juice everyday adds an immense amount of nutrients to your day...especially if it's green.  But it won't change a bad diet.  It's not a quick fix that will allow you to eat poorly.  You won't lose weight drinking juice, while living an unhealthy lifestyle.

in fact my first green juices were used as meal replacements for an already super low calorie diet.    Too low.  I wasn't losing weight anymore because my body was storing every calorie to ate, but the greens gave me energy in a way that nothing else had.  That energy allowed me to enjoy working out, which made me hungry for healthy foods. 

If you need help with your diet, then you may need a coach in addition to a juice :). If you are not feeling great after the introduction of cold pressed juice something else may be off.  Adding a juice a day into your life won't make you gain weight, won't cause bloat, and should be uplifting.  If it's not, feel free to reach out.  I would be happy to chat with you🙂
